The 2026 Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduates at the University of Arkansas at Monticello achieved a 100% first-attempt pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), the program’s first perfect first-attempt result since 2023.
The cohort includes Kaitlyn Clark (Hamburg), Annie Figueroa and Harley Latta (Warren), Fabiola Mondragon (Dumas), Graci Philips (Star City), Courtnee Poppy (Maumelle) and Noemi Salazar (Hope). Dean Amanda Smith said the result reflects student perseverance and the School of Nursing’s focus on clinical judgment and safe entry-level practice.
