Lincoln County families who need help with Christmas gifts can apply for the Lincoln County Angel Tree at the Department of Human Services office in Star City through Oct. 30.
Applications are available now at the DHS office, 101 W. Wiley St. Families in Star City, Gould, Grady and the rest of Lincoln County apply at the same office.
Who qualifies
- Angel Tree: The program is for children from birth through age 12.
- Toys for Tots: The Marine Corps Reserve program will provide toys and other items for qualifying families with children up to 18.
- Older children: Help is available for older youth who have brothers or sisters covered by the program.
- Deadline: Registration closes Oct. 30.
