Joe Don Greenwood of Hermitage has been named a 2026 inductee into the University of Arkansas at Monticello Agriculture Hall of Fame, the College of Forestry, Agriculture and Natural Resources announced.
Greenwood was recognized March 7 at the 5th Annual UAM Ag Alumni Banquet at the McGehee Men’s Club, an evening of fellowship, dinner and entertainment that also raised scholarship funds through silent and live auctions. UAM cited his outstanding contributions to agriculture and his dedication to educating and supporting future generations in the field.
A longtime Bradley County resident, Greenwood joins a distinguished group of Arkansans whose work has shaped agriculture statewide. The 2026 class also includes Dr. A. Edwin Colburn.
