Overflow National Wildlife Refuge near Parkdale has issued 2026–27 Public Use Regulations requiring a signed Refuge Access Permit for all users.
Per the brochure: archery/crossbow deer runs Sept. 26–Jan. 31 (three deer total, no more than one buck). Overflow sits in AGFC’s Tier 2 CWD zone.
