A Jefferson County 4-H member received the $5,000 Erica Williams Memorial Scholarship at the 2025 Arkansas 4-H State O-Rama. The member served as the 2024-2025 Arkansas 4-H state secretary.
The Arkansas 4-H Foundation announced the awards on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. About 300 members from 53 counties took part in 40 events. The awards were announced July 23 during O-Rama, and the Pine Bluff Commercial reported them Aug. 12, 2025.
Three Bradley County seniors competed in the State 4-H Livestock Judging Contest on April 16, 2025. The best Bradley County finish was 33rd of 81 in the senior overall standings. The 2025 Governor’s Award went to a White County member.
