Florida Obtains State Murder Conspiracy Warrant for Raúl Castro over 1996 Shootdown

A no-bond warrant issued in Miami-Dade County charges former Cuban leader Raúl Castro with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the 1996 Brothers to the Rescue shootdown. Florida officials are expected to announce it Monday.
