I-530 Northbound Shoulder Work Continues Through Oct. 30

Motorists should expect periodic right-shoulder closures on Interstate 530 northbound between Exit 39 in Pine Bluff and the Grant/Pulaski County line north of Exit 20 in Redfield through Oct. 30.

Closures are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting, while crews perform utility work on and near the shoulder. Officials say only the right shoulder is expected to close, though intermittent activity may cause minor delays.

Drivers are urged to use caution around personnel and equipment, obey posted signs and speed limits, and allow extra weekday travel time on the Jefferson County corridor.
