Warren Council Advances DRA Grant Bid for Clingman–Pennington Truck Route

Warren City Council voted 5–0 Aug. 10 to apply for a Delta Regional Authority grant that would rebuild portions of Clingman and Pennington streets as an alternate truck route to Ouachita Hardwood Flooring, if awarded.
