Halloween candy and the burn ban
- Halloween night: Deputies will hand out candy on the south side of the Sheriff’s Office along State Highway 35 in Rison.
- No outdoor burning: Young reminded residents that outdoor burning is prohibited. Cleveland County is under a burn ban, and the Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Forestry Division lists it at extreme wildfire danger. See iSEARK.com’s Red Flag Warning and burn ban coverage.
