Bradley County Medical Center named BJ Kidwell of the Emergency Department its Employee of the Month for September.
Nominators called Kidwell a “hometown hero” who brings knowledge and composure to emergent care, explains conditions clearly to patients and families, praises staff and seeks team input. BCMC CEO/CFO Leslie Huitt and ER Nurse Manager Paige Stell joined the recognition.
