WARREN — A portion of the Highway 189 Bypass just east of Warren was scheduled for an around-the-clock closure from 7 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, through 7 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, so Arkansas Midland Railroad crews could replace a railroad crossing, ARDOT said in NR 25-202.
Local traffic only was to be allowed on either side of the closure. Signed detours routed westbound traffic via Highway 189 south to Highway 278 west to Highway 63 north, and eastbound traffic via Highway 189 west to Highway 63 south to Highway 278 east.
