NORTH LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management achieved Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) accreditation, DPS announced Sept. 10, 2026 — a national standard certified through ANSI. ADEM said the designation reflects compliance with disaster preparedness, response, and recovery standards that support county and local partners statewide, including Southeast Arkansas jurisdictions under Troop F / ADEM planning regions.
