EAST CAMDEN — Fifty-seven cadets from 38 agencies graduated Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy Class 2025-C on Nov. 21, 2025, the Division of Law Enforcement Standards and Training said in a DPS release.
Southeast Arkansas agencies on the roster included Newton Beavo (Star City P.D.), Kaden Church (El Dorado P.D. — also third in firearms), Dealex Henderson (Warren P.D.), Ovion Mumphrey (Monticello P.D.), Erick Turner (Crossett P.D.), Justin Scott (Union County S.O. — physical fitness runner-up) and Lawrence Lofton (Ashley County S.O.).
Camden ALETA supervisor Scott Williams said cadets completed demanding training in fitness, tactics, community policing and ethics before returning to their departments.
