The UAPB Golden Lions host Alabama State for Homecoming at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Simmons Bank Field in Pine Bluff — the on-field centerpiece of a week billed “A Different ROAR!” (Oct. 11–17).
University listings pair the kickoff with a Homecoming parade on downtown Main Street the same morning, plus alumni golf, bonfire, coronation and Black-and-Gold Sunday worship earlier in the week. Clear-bag rules apply at Homecoming events. Broadcast notes list Deltaplex Radio 99.3 FM The Beat for the game.
Fans should expect heavier traffic around campus and downtown; check UAPB Homecoming and athletics pages for gate times and updated parade lineup.
