The Star City Branch Library hosts its Fall Book Sale from Oct. 1 through Oct. 31, starting at 9 a.m. opening day. Shoppers can find new and used paperbacks and hardcovers — including Western, Christian fiction, children’s titles and nonfiction — for $1 or less.
Proceeds fund next year’s Summer Reading Program children’s books and craft supplies. Sale hours follow the branch schedule (Mon 1–5:30 p.m.; Tue–Fri 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Sat 10 a.m.–2 p.m.) at 200 E. Wiley; 870-628-4711.
