Pine Bluff police are seeking Christopher Willingham, wanted on charges of kidnapping, second-degree domestic battering, aggravated assault on a family or household member and interfering with emergency communications.
Willingham is described as about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 200 pounds, with a last known residence on Oak Street in Pine Bluff. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detective Office tip line at 870-730-2106, the Detective Office at 870-730-2090, or dispatch at 870-541-5300.
