MONTICELLO — City Council continues to publish agendas and minutes at monticelloarkansas.us under the Open Government Directive rule that agendas appear at least seven days before regular meetings.
Regular sessions are 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 203 West Gaines Avenue. The public index for 2026 lists January through September regular meetings plus a June 8 emergency session, with downloadable agenda and minutes PDFs for most dates.
