MONTICELLO — Highway 83 north of Monticello was scheduled to close around the clock from 7 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, through 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, while crews replace two bridges with box culverts, ARDOT said in NR 26-066.
Local traffic only would be allowed on either side. The signed detour loops via Highways 278, 138, 293 and 277. Barrels, barricades and signs mark the zone.
